50 residents is way too many. They look nice, so can you release some realistic ones?

I agree with Marc. It looks nice but 50 people is far too many to have it grow on low density zones. Suggest you either lower the number of people (10 - 12 to fit with the other low wealth low density homes) or make it a medium density lot.

They are great looking, but spoilt by roofs which are not very realistic. Would have preferred one slate colour.

while looking through here did I learn it is low dense. Try listing that explicitly... looks good, can't wait to see it
