These lots will let your sims drive under billboards, and let companies advertise to a wide audience. Lots provide $40 monthly income
from advertising and cost $100 to plop, they are transit enabled so just place them on your roads. There is only a Hooters board and
Simtropolis board at moment as these are the only billboards i made that can be driven under, except the 'Our products suck' board which may
be put on an avenue lot.
