This is a huge house inspired by the dream homes in many charity lotteries. I will continue my quest to make more low density buildings!

 

I have improved my methods since my first building; I have put in more detail to this building and there is no funny shading. They are hard to see but there is a bathroom vent on the roof, eavestrophs, drainpipes, decorative windows, and a railing for the balcony.

 

EDIT: Stats: R$$, Stage 4, houses 12 sims.

Sorry about the missing stats, I just added them for you. To Lord_Bertrum: The house looks a lot better in the game than in the screenshot. The pic hides a lot of detail.

I like it. Not although, but exactly BECAUSE it looks bland, simple, it is all the more universal, functional, stylish, and above all realistic.
