Here is a way to plant many trees quickly and neatly. These pseudo-parks have the same planting costs as normal flora, same reduction of air pollution, and no extra monthly fee. There are also multiple versions with different types of trees for variety. excellent for subdivisions - e.g. filler space between house rows and road
Installation: just drag all files to [My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins] directory. No plugins are required!
This will work with both normal SC4 and Rush Hour.
