Are you running out of space for greenery in your city? Here is a small park you can plop over your roads. This is fully transit-enabled (you'll note the car going through in the screenshot) and does actually function as a park.

Nice job and idea. Mishkin is right about the stairs being too wide though. Color of grass and placement of props I can adjust in the LE. I adjust almost all lots from all BAT'ers to suit my own personal style. Keep up the good work. An avenue version would be nice also.
