Miller Fish Farm V30 1.0

There are several issues about this lot that make me rather uncomfortable to use it.

First of all, while the lot can indeed be easily grown on an I-AG zone, it makes a weird "plop" sound when the foundation is laid which makes me think that there is probably some very peculiar coding involved which causes it to happen. It is certainly not a standard way to operate growables.

Once plopped / founded, the lot's building does not rise from the ground and looks as if it froze or crashed. Actually - the construction is being finalized after all but the animation is totally broken for some reason.

The level of detail on the main building is rather poor and the choice of props (and, in fact, the building which is a barn) is at the very least strange for something like a fish farm...

It doesn't help that the far edge of the building uses canal texture. Due to this, on uneven terrain the lot's area looks rather strange - like a swimming pool with a very thin retaining wall. It probably requires other canal textures placed next to the lot to maintain any continuity and realism.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this lot for download as there are a lot of things that should be fixed before it can, shall I say, become "something serious".
