Brighten up your sims stressful days with some humorous billboards. These billboards are guaranteed to make any sim chuckle and
add character to anywhere they are placed. This is Volume 2 of my Billboard prop packs and contains 4 Billboards:
To install simply copy the folder from the zip file containing the .sc4model/.sc4desc files and place in your simcity4/plugins folder.
Next time you open Lot Editor you will find these props. For Ease of Use i have given the named 'Havoc' at the start of each prop so they are
easy to find and manage. You are free to use these in your own Lots/bats, but if you are uploading to STexchange you would be as well pointing
users to this file so you don't have to include lots of model and desc files in your own lots.
