This lot is based on The Fish Hatchery in Grayling Michigan.

Monthly cost $100

 

Right now this is just a park Lot. I will be updating this lot with my own textures and my own UI file. Right now I am using Pegs Textures Pack which you can get from here at the Exchange.

 

Dependencys: Pegs Base Textures.

Comment ... I really do not like the inclusion of especially TEXTURES ... this creates problems if the original artists update their texture files ... please remove the textures and show the dependancies only.

Grandpa Al I have another Version comming out soon. I took a look at some photo's I have and I am updating this lot. look for a second Release soon. Next release will have a river and park area

Based on a hatchery in Grayling MI I know where that is. I am from East Tawas MI Looks good (8)
