I've been trying to get this gem to work but it doesn't change the drone count.... i've taken a snap of my simcitydata folder with your mods in, all of them are working except this which i'd really like, if you can help... if not no probs keep up the good work...

And then you'll have to see with one of your mods has conflict.

Maybe vtol pad may have a conflict...
