Straight from the golden beaches of Siciliavo, comes The Palms hotel. this historic landmark has stood in the city since 1938. it was further renovated in a new southwerstern stucco style and a club was installed in the basement of the hotel. a new green lighting scheme was added to the sides of the building to give it a further modern flair.

it is a landmark with a 5000 dollar plop cost. 50 dollars a month to keep it in pristine condition.
it you plan on making this growable - be forewarned. i tried to minimize the footprint, but it didn't work out. so the minimum footprint is 4x3. sorry for that.
