A community dedicated to SimCity 4 and all city-building games. (About Simtropolis)
This is a residential building that was modeled after some Depression-era duplexs found in Philadelphia. Eventually I hope to upload a few more models of this building in different colors and with small variations.
(EDIT: This file was updated to include an updated white duplex, and a new brown, delux duplex. It also includes four growable lots)
