Garbage to 0? Nuclear free Zone?....could you explain what this is and what it does? Your info doesn't say much.

There are many other modds which eliminate pollution, water pollution, water consumption, electricity consumption to nil, and certainly ones that eliminate garbarge. As soon as you mentioned that your modd can only be used without installing any previous ordinances, most of us can already treat this modd as garbage. Seriously! It is completely useless, but I guess you are a newbie to the game and you probably think you are contributing something original. But like mrbisonm mentioned, why is the Nuclear Free Zone involved in garbage reduction? This upload does not give us any confidence at all.

I assume he overwrited the nuclear modd to be garbage free modd since new ordinances are impossible to create. However the process in which this must be done because of the no previous modds and zero buildings does not inspire a great deal of confidence it won't bug something up I will agree. I actually find something like this useful as I've been here awhile and never seen a no garbage mod and it's the one thing that I hate to add into my metropolises because my neighbor deals crash my game.

No garbage mod? How cheap way, only few play this game seriously. You all would learn something playing by the game rules, not trying to break them.
