It is a good idea, but could've been lotted better, but overall its pretty good, I'll give it 5 stars!

you could've just make the fence longer on that empty part of the lot, and maybe add soem trees

This is... meh.. Anyone can make this in 2 minutes.. all it is is a fence prop next to a small kiosk.. 1/5 stars. Next time make it more unique looking.

It's simple, but I can't even do that... and because I need a small ckeckpoint for a seaport, yours will do the trick. As soon as I get home, I'll download it! 4/5 because it's compact and it doesn't look that bad!

yeah, hmmm, judging from many of the other reviews here, it doesn't look like this was something that "anyone" could have made in just 2 minutes. 1/5 stars because you thought it wasn't unique enough for you? You couldn't take the time to post your suggestions in his lot editor thread?

post a link to your lot editor thread in the file description. My take is that this a simple but useful Lot and model with many applications. Good work. Remember, bigger([i]and more unique[/i]) is not always better. 5/5

Actually any one who spends 5 minutes in LE could make this. It isn't done up special or anything, just a prop slammed over a road.

And truth be told, I dont spend as much time writing these as I used to, as I'm very busy at work. But He could try to make it look more realistic and I think it'd be much better.
