Somers HiRise Condos 1.0

I'm sorry this building looks so sh!+y, it wasn't finished. I was testing a few things when I discovered that it affects city population I didn't go back and finish it because I was so excited about my discovery.

Sorry, ran out of room, anyways, I was also afraid that if I changed it too much it would no longer affect the city population (I know I'm paranoid). I will upload a finished version soon.

How does it affect your population? For lots like this, I say attach it to a forumn topic dont upload it for the general populace to trip over. Congrats if you found something new and untested tho.

I think he modded the actual lot, and it happened to grow when he was playing SC 4
