welcome to the year4739 its not as horrible as you think, just crowded. to solve this problem we at make real big stuff out of nothing.inc constructed another planet parallel to earth.(the other side of the sun) we are currently seeking people to design cities to a high standard so we can kickstart the economy whilst the ecosystem is bieng implemented.(hence the lack of life) we are starting with two prime locations with terrific weather and the most fertile ground on the planet also a challengeing area with highly mountainous terrain is up for grabs which has pleasing weather unlike the other two, which both average 35degrees celsius per year. if you are interesyed please call 1234567890. P.P.S. moss peninsula is huge so use the terraformer to laod it

Rules for Mapper
Unzip the sc4m file.
Open wouanagaines Mapper
Press create region from sc4m
Navigate the desired SC4M.file and click open
Click open and wait for map to generate
Press save region
Open SimCity and create your masterpiece
Rules for Terraformer
Unzip the sc4m and config files
Make a new folder in one's region directory and place the config.bmp into it.
Open Terraformer and select the region then click ok and click ok in the next dialogue.
Click global tools and choose Import Image.
Navigate to the desired SC4M.file and click open, click ok.
Select file and choose save.
Open SimCity and create your masterpiece
