when i try to install this it says "Error opening file for writing: C:/Program Files/Cities Xl 2011/Paks/Unlocker_v4_GlobexCo_base.patch"

nvm got it to work run it as an administrator

How exactly will this work for the steam version? =/ tried various methods, but none of them work.

You just have to find the right paks folder (inside Steam one, tho) and write it during setup. Then it should work!

this is a fantastic mod, thanks to you all that made it... the only issues i have are that the game crashes when trying to make a mainline railroad, but that has been mentioned. Also what is the deal with the blue marks on the screen? - can only assume that this is environmental...

Hey, guys, this mod is stuggering, but i've got a little problem. I'll be very grateful if you could help me. When I start to play with it, my cashflow drops from + 500 000 to - 300 000 and air pollution increases in few times. This is the only one problem, but i can't play because of it((. I hope for your help. Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Russia.

OK, when I download this file. I open it up and try to install the content but windows freaks out and gives me an error about opening file for writing and gives me an option to abort, retry or ignore. The only thing that seems to work is abort.

Does this work with the new patch?

Why does it seem that the mod is not doing the sandbox mode as I expected?
I still need cash tokens to exchange resources with Omni**** (i dont remember what is it called.)
Shouldn't the mod set the players free to do infinite resource exchanges?

And there is another bug. I loaded a city with sandbox mode, then quit the city and back to the initial Main Menu re-enter the game with "Play", after I re-loaded the same city as before, I was unable to see my population and citizen satisfactions in the blue status bar on the top.

How do I get into sandbox mode?

how can i relock the buildings? It desnt work form me, when i click to reloock buildings in chet menu, nothing happens.

Does this Unlocker work for CXL2012 ? or is there another unlocker that adds waterfalls that i'm unable to find? appreciate any answers or pointers to further info. Thanks & GJ to dev on this mod
