This 67 meters high water tower is located in the 10th district of Vienna. It was built from 1898 to 1899 and worked as a water tower only for 11 years. Today the Wiener Wasserturm is used as a museum.
In SimCity 4 you can plop the Wiener Wasserturm as a 2x3 water tower or a 3x3 museum.

Wiener Wasserturm as a water tower:
- Lot size: 2x3 tiles

- Water Produced: 30.000 Gallons
- Plop cost: § 30.000

- School student capacity: 150 (max: 659)

- Bulldoze cost: §10.000
- Monthly cost: § 100 (max: $ 480)

thanks for the nice comments. about dependancies: sorry, but i want a good looking lot, and not only maxis-props. i mean, that most of the dependancies are basic for many other lots. probably i will produce a seasonal lot in the next few days.

thanks a lot for sharing this lovely building, you're a real batting talent! I'm already curious about your Wiener Gemeindehaus buildings. Is there a chance you will upload them on the stex? Anyway, this is a great start. Don't bother about people who complain about the dependency list. IMO this is disrespectful towards the content creators who put lots of effort into their work.
