Not bad at all. Now if someone could only make a city kennel to house stray dogs and cats and all the other critters (I mean a functional kennel.....something that is unique)

hmmm all I got was a readme and 2 shortcuts ... what knowledge am I missing here?

Same here. A readme and 2 .lnk files. His kennel has a lot file though, so I doubt he is being malicious. Still, looking forward to the re-upload, then i think I'll give it a 5/5.

I'm weird. I like creating cities where my dog is the mayor. This is perfect for that!

Looks like the .LOT file was never included in the download.... that's too bad.  I was looking forward to using this.
