This is my favourite landmark on simmars, and i needed quite a few CO$$ jobs. The answer? Combine the two!!!
Plop=110000
Jobs=16117 CO$$
Demolish=2000
Thats it. I can find other stats if you want but theyre not really neccessary.

YOU MUST HAVE SIM-MARS IN YOUR PLUGINS FOR THIS TO WORK AS THE MODEL FILE IS NOT INCLUDED, HENCE THE SMALL DOWNLOAD SIZE.
