This map is based on a fictional place
Sencio, a place where many forms of criminal activity has been located. In the 1850's the Sencio river was a major route for smugglers and Brazilian pirates. As recently as 1998, there have been ferocious storms which have widen the channel and floods have deposited large amounts of sediment along the coastline. This means that without dredging taking place, any future settlements will find it difficult to utilize the river.
This map is pretty easy to build on with lots of smooth land but the river is the problem, you'll have to use the tools of your choice to access the river and your most probably need to do some dredging. If you like smooth land with an obstacle, I think the map is for you. The map is 16 large city tiles big (4x). Enjoy it, I hope you like it.
