This file has been reuploaded and special characters have been adapted. The Mæderstyð Building (as its written) does not exist in the real world, but does in SimCity. The file is a 4x4 propable CO$$$ office. I hope it won't be deleted this time 
Requires Rush Hour / Deluxe edition to play
Dependencies: None
Installation: Extract the zipped files into a sufolder from you main SimCity 4 plugins folder.
Uninstall: Remove every lot placed on your region and then delete de subfolder.
