About This File
The Greater Highlands is a region flowing with sparkling rivers, plains and lowlands.This region was made with SCRACC. Version 2, with larger and deeper rivers, will include mostly large cities and will be in 4x8. Version 1 was made in 16x16. The city I have made in the screenshots IS NOT included, as it is against posting rules. To install, make a region in SimCity called Greater Highlands, then unzip and replace the region.ini and config.bmp. This file is compatible with SimCity 4 Deluxe and Rush Hour.
