Located in Seattle Washington the Space Needle was built for the 1962 Worlds Fair as a center peice. Standing at 184 meters it has become Seattles identifying landmark and one of the worlds most beautiful pieces of architecture.

A huge thanks to Rubik for the night lighting and help ansewering alot of my questions. Also thanks to other simtrop members for ansewering questions.

FYI Cougar, The whole top doesn't spin, only the floor of the restaraunt on the bottom floor of the disk spins. Its actually really cool because you can see the windows & the walls moving by . A lot of people actually attach notes to the windows for other people to read.

Not sure about the green on top, but hey- I'll live with it. This is one of the most accurate models I've seen. Wonderful job. :)

dude, I'm from Seattle and was disappointed to find that this great building was not included standard in Sim city 3000 or Sim City 4. This piece of work you have done is, in one word, AMAZING! Great work, you have made a Seattleite proud lol.

I have lived in Seattle all my life and been there once. I'm going to download this and compare the height to the BoA Tower and Wells Fargo Building. The Space Needle is really short but it stands out because it's not in the middle of the city. Great city planning. WOO! Now if the monorail would stop catching fire or running into the other train, hmmmm.
