About This File

Now that we have enough Power for the moment, we need some water out in the country. This Lot can be used wherever you don't want to plop a pump or a watertower. It can be connected to underground waterpipes and delivers there where water is needed. Created to be just different and doesn't look too much as a waterpump or watertower, this 1x1 BATlot will deliver 1800 (is it liters or gallons?) of clean cold underground water.

It has a minimal plopcost, very small maintenace cost (not many moving parts) and doesn't cost anything to bulldoze. Just forget it and with time it will grow over... ;) It is part of my small utility collection.

Not to make you panic that I take over the STEX , it is the last upload for awhile....;)

Of course, it will be found in the watermenu.

Warning: Nexis LOTs and BATs are not to be dublicated nor uploaded anywhere else without permission. By doing so, you will be put up against the wall be shot without further notice. Thank you for understanding and respecting.

Have Fun with Nexis

Also come and visit my Mayor Diary/City Journal on SC4Devotion, where I show every Nexis BAT and Lot before uploading. There are also many other BATs and Lots that have never appeared anywhere.

In the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder, create a new folder, name it Nexis and insert this lot in there. Then remove, relocate or delete the pictures and the Readme file. Keep the Gamefiles though if you want it in your city. An empty folder doesn't give you much, right?.... ;) )

@Jas_mann15: depending what youmean by "enough". It is 1.5 times the amount of a watertower, not enough for you? I can change it.........

I really like this. It saves monthly cost, and can help substitute for ugly Maxis utilities. Love your work, keep it up!

This will blend very well with my up and coming agricultural project. Now I have a hankering for a bottle of flavoured water :-). The look of it really does say "out in the fields". Excellent stuff!
