Fish Cove, as seen in my city journal Franklin County, is a fictional region in Labrador, Canada, situated near an off-map villiage called Fish Cove. It was, in Franklinite history, the site of a major battle between the Franklin Military and the National Sovereignty Front, an international militia who are at war with Franklin County. The map as seen is as it was in February 2010, which also happens to be in Winter. Due to Labrador's high latitude, there is snow cover on the ground.
To see the snow, you will need the PEG Snow Mod.
The map was made with SC4Terraformer, and thus is contained within a .SC4M file. You need to download SC4Terraformer to open the file and use it on a region. SC4Terraformer is avaliable in the Modds section of Simtropolis.
To install this map, first create a region in your "Regions" folder (located in "My Documents"). Then take the "config" file located in the ZIP folder, and drag it into your region folder. After that, go to SC4Terraformer and open the new region. Then load the .SC4M file into the region, and save the region. Now you've successfully installed the map. You can subsequently do what you will with the map at this point.
