Well folks, here is my next upload and my first BAT on the STEX. Since some people on my thread told me to start out simple, so I did. This is a row shops which is my first BAT ever and I made it for the dirty region I play in SimCity 4. In the left side of it(Sorry you can't read the signs....I don't know how to make it HD, even when exporting in high quality) is a bar, and on the other side is a DVD rental store.There are two versions:one is a growable one which is C$ and provides 4 C$ jobs, but to get it up, you must provide water(I don't know why). The other is the landmark version, which costs $5 to plop and consumes 2 power. You can keep the growable one, or the landmark one, but YOU MUST KEEP THE BAT FILE! If you don't, then I think you'l get a brown box. Neither of them have dependences.Note:They do not have night lighting, because I don't know how to do it.
Updated 5-21-2010-Fixed the problem with the growable version.
