Great idea but where are the KOI?.I don't see any water for the fish.It's worth a 9 for your hard work.

i will use it in my city, its a very usable and nice lot but BlackBeard is right, Where are the koi? Its not a hidden pet cemetary is it?

Nice, but maybe make it larger, and maybe put a little basket ball plop, maybe a tenis court, Parking lot, Then its great. But you still earned a 9
