If you want to use the .sc4m file you will need either the SC4Terraformer or SC4Mapper tools. I also include a greyscale map. The included readme tells how to use it. You can message me if you need further help.

best thing about this map apart from a good looking and varied region is that it has a grayscale

I followed the directions as stated in the read-me, I'm only trying to use the greyscale version, not using either terraformers. But as i am uploading the map in-game it goes through the usual load screen with the random useless info then my game crashes. i start up again and see that the map was loaded almost exactly halfway then the rest is just blank space. any tips?

I just checked my files and noticed in the echo valley folder that there is only 32 city files, whereas the map should have 61 cities. il try re-download.
