It won't be bad if you link the dependencies. One more thing - the "simcity_1.dat" file isn't a dependency because it's included in the original game ;)

Make sure you provide links to the dependencies, people don't like having to look for the specific files themselves.

It didn't show billboards!!there are only grass and supports. And I downloaded from the link. I can not find DTP Billboard sequoias.dat DTP Billboard spaceman spiff.dat..... :( Where can i find them?

Figured out the DTP dats, they are from NDEX Urban Billboards https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=10963 I give it a 3/5 for making me look for things I already have.
