About This File

Here is a small SimCity 4 region for Silent Hill. It is a little larger than the known map of the combined games so the southern 1/4 of the map is rough guessing. I do not have any screenshots yet because this computer does not have SimCity 4 (it is on a different computer).

In case any of you are wondering, Silent Hill is a small resort town on the shores of the fictional Toluca Lake in the state of main. It has a long history of being a Native American holy ground. The colonization started with the building of a prison (now the Silent Hill historical society) and hospital. It was officially encorporated and mostly populated after a coal mine and a POW prison were built. It suffered from an outbreak rare, incurable disease so another hospital was built. Once the coal was mined dry, the city decided to shif over to the tourism sector. The tourism board approved funding for advertising and the construction a few hotels, including the famous Lakeview Resort. Hary Mason and James and Mary Sunderland were some famous tourists.
