The Bronx County Courthouse (now known as the Mario Merola Building) was built between 1931 and 1933 and designed by architects Max Hausel and Joseph Freedlander. After its completion, the Herald Tribune newspaper declared the mixed neoclassical and modern building a prime example of "Twentieth Century American style."
This grand building was designated a New York City landmark in 1996.
Now, there's also a trick. Such a stately and grandiose building can't just be plopped willy-nilly into any town; it requires an equally grand city. That is why this is only available as a reward! (Of course, if you know the trick, then I suppose you can still plop it.)
A very special thanks to Andreas Roth for modding the reward lot and to JasonCW for help texturing.
