Hmm, it appears as though you need a bit of practice, busrocker. Although this is an ideal region for building a huge metropolis, many people also like a challenge. Might I suggest inserting rivers into this region, as well as more mountains? It would make it more realistic and tougher as well.

Maestro9319 - Thanks for the input! I have a large mountain region I might release... Oh I wish I was a good region artist. I guess practice makes perfect.

It's a fine first map. If you take blade2k5's advice, I'm sure you'll be releasing great maps in the future.

Great terrain colour! Try and make it dry a little further up the scale, and put some snow at the top, and I would love it!
