I was tired of seeing that overly greenness of the default parks and the brightness of the plazas in my slum cities. So I made the Poor Mans Park and Plaza set with all three parks and plazas redone, along with all the other recreational lots except for the Skateboard Park, Tennis Court, and the Open Grass Lot. I modified the real parks and plazas and made this, so the stats are the same, this is really just for aesthetic purposes.
The first screenshot shows all of the PMLs.
Note that with all the screenshots, all of the PMLs are on the left of the dirt road while the real lots are to the right of the dirt road, including the ones in the .zip file.
This is my first lot, obviously, with an update to include other lots, so I might have missed a few things, but I can always make a version 4 ^^
