This is a set of two civic buildings, the medium public library and the fire department headquarters.
Library:
I was tired of placing that rural looking library in urban areas so I decided to make the medium public library. It costs $1500 to plop, $275 monthly, $100 to bulldoze. It has a larger radius than the small library and has more books (40,000).
Fire Department Headquarters.
It has a slightly bigger (almost unnoticeable) radius than the deluxe reward firehouse airstrip. It costs $800 to plop, $275 a month, $50 to bulldoze, and can dispatch 4 fire engines.
Requirements: buildings as props downloads (can be obtained at the official website).
I'm not sure, but these may work without Rush Hour.
