Tired of Plopping the same soccer field all over town? Looking for a small stadium for your university? This is a set of seven (updated to eight) ballparks to be added to your city or town.
Here is the list:
Baseball Park
Soccer Stadium
Football Field (thanks to Baco for the incredible textures!)
Tennis Arena
Swimming and Diving Arena (thanks to Pegasus for the textures and all the hard work!)
Basketball Park
Track and Field Stadium
Hockey stadium (Thanks to Sensman for the textures and the right to upload them)
Each stadium is smaller than the minor league stadium but has the same effects. All have the same stats -
Plop Cost: $10000
Bulldoze:$2000
In addition, each lot pays a monthly income of $150 a month for either advertising, tounament time, or leasing land.
Note: The set does not include custom textures. Please download proper lot to get football and water textures.
