All the sims flock to see your award-winning orange grove and orchid collection. This is a farming and small town version of the original mayor's house. Think of it as your country house in the Hamptons or in Malibu.
It has the same effect as the original version, but there is no monthly cost. The house has an orange grove out front, a greenhouse out back, and plenty of room to lounge in the manner you have become acustom to.
