I would give this a 10....except I give it a 9 because the 2 white stripes accross the flag should be balanced. (two white rows sandwich the red)

scworld. very cool. I like these complex ones. The lot would look better if you would raise the yellow flowers a little so the blue doesn't hide them. Waiting for the correction.

MUCH BETTER. Super! If I had no idea where Cape Verde was, I would have never looked it up in the Atlas and seen the difference. THANKS
