From our SimCity friends from abroad, comes a program that helps with Transit Enabling Lots. It does not do it for you, but it may help with removing some of the confusion that some people may have about Transit Enabling Lots.
The use of the Reader &/or Datgen is still required and should be used in conjunction with this program.
You do not need to install the program, just place the Unzipped Folder anywhere handy for you and double-click the "SC4Hex" application [it is best not to place it in the SC4 Folder though].
And a very special thanks goes to Armandeus for doing an English translation of the program.
