I was thinking, one day, that my small towns were missing something. When I was watching a movie on TV (can't remember which one), the thought occured to me: a Town Square! A whole lot of towns in America have them, so why shouldn't mine? The plop cost and maintenance is a bit higher than a normal gazebo, and the effects for R and C have been doubled over the gazebo (it is much larger, so why not). It is a ploppable that does not replace any other park. The left picture is the Square by itself, the right is how I usually place it (the parks around it are for future expansion like Bus Stops, Subway Stations, the Mayor Statue, etc). I usually replace it with the Coit Tower or Washington Monument after my town blossoms into a city.
