This is an EYE CANDY PROP. It has no functional affect on the game or it's surroundings. I made this to fill a visual void in my downtowns. But feel free to edit it to your needs or desires.
It sits 10 across x 4 deep. It's large and meant to serve several businesses in it's area such as hotels,malls,arenas and convention centers.
You should find it in your PARKS menu.
