Just as my previous lot (Nexis Grand Shopping Ctr) this is a landmark lot and nothing more. There a two (2) lots included (see screenshots A+B). , one with an Arch and the other one without, check the filename for which one you want or use both (as you wish). I use both in my region of Nexis,and only as landmarks.( I have more than enough working and useful lots)
Again this is a 8x 12 lot and has different plopp prizes (
