The grass at retirement homes is normally greener, and there are paths so the elderly don't have to off-road it to get to the tennis courts and pools.

AND they have lightposts everywhich way so they can see where they're going. Nice job with the trees though. I give it a 7.

Good job for first lot...............now ,you need a modd so vehicles driving thru go 20 mph no matter what,thereby simulating the senior citizens' that live there....LOL
