My 3rd lot, this time a casino. It was made on the blank lot, so it has the same stats as a normal casino. Must be placed on the ocean, hence the name "Costal". It is 12 x 7. I heard that the seagull animation makes the game lag, so I added pigeons instead. Looks good next to it's fellow Euro Contemporary buildings. I am looking forward to reading your comments.
Requirements: bldgprop_vol1 and bldgprop_vol2. Both can be downloaded at the official SimCity site.
