LOCKED. I only put in the readme. Ah yes, this is my first upload, I am not yet a batter but have figured out the Lot Editor and Have downloaded a few models. First I would like to credit the LBT for the Models as I said I cannot BAT yet. This lot has two dependencies the Models which are from the STEX about a week ago. I will unlock when Problems are Fixed, sorry for this moment of your time. If you want to created it yourself it uses the LBT Commercial Models and XD's Parking textures and a few things textures from the game. Just use lot editor, thats all I used.
