This is the first Rush Hour Niagara Skyscraper! Oneida Center is a simple double tower building that is tall enough to be noticed but short enough so as not to overwhelm the skyline! its size is similar to the average stage 7 building.
This building has slightly elevated landmark effect. I have chosen NOT to create RCI plopables due to problems with abandonment.
