This is the kind of building than SC4 lacks. It is huge and not as tall as other skyscrapers, it looks good and it can hold many people in it but for now it is only a landmark with no jobs. Anyone that wants to add jobs to the lot or give some other use to it feel free to do it and upload that lot to the LEX.
