Also on the Left is the Friendly Simoleon Tree and on the Right is the Heavenly Simoleon Tree. This lot is different from the Super Cash Park due to the changed amounts of cash it brings in and the lot's appearance. :P

Not that I will need to use this modd. But after checking it out in iReader-- I notice the "Plugin_Simoleon_Tree_10G.dat" has the $10,000/Month,while the "Plugin_SimoleonTree_Good.dat" has the $10,000,000,000,000,000/Month.Great ideal but watch which one to use if you need one!

Did I read right? Does the Heavenly Simoleon Tree really give ten thousand TRILLION Simoleons per month?! That sounds like an open invite for buffer overflow--can Simcity 4 really handle having thousands of trillions of Simoleons?

yep, but 10xmore will make it crash, so thats why u should only use it for a month... :P

This is the best money maker to start up with. It is large enough to accumulate in time, but small enough so that it doesn't mess up the game. Can't figure out why it doesn't have enough votes. I would give a 10. Thank you!

I use the Friendly Simolean Tree all the time. I've only used the Heavenly one once. (Didn't care for that one). I modded the Friendly to "Helpful" for 1,000 per month. Click on my name to see it. Thanks ALTX.
