These are the Simoleon Trees by ALTX.
Both of these lots are 1x1 lots that both do not have any other function but to bring in income into your city. The Heavenly Simoleon Tree is a RADICAL MOD that will most likely to ensure a city from ever going bankrupt due to the amount of cash it brings in. The Friendly Simoleon Tree is a very less radical mod since it brings in a amount of 10k and that probably won't be enough for struggling cities that a really strapped for cash, but due to its small size it is still possible to place numerous amounts to increase the amount of cash flow it brings in.
URGENT NOTES!!!
I might advise users to play with the Friendly Simoleon Tree since there isn't really any going back to a normal budget using the Heavenly Simoleon Tree. 
Also try to only use the Heavenly Simoleon Tree for 1 Month since the game will think you would have to run for senator of ypu have too much money due to some weird glitch.

OTHER NOTES:
This lot has been Modded with editied exemplars along with an added texture for full fuctionality of these lots. The Custom Overlay Texture is integrated with the ,DAT files and do not require another .DAT file to view.
This lot has been fully tested with Rush Hour and is Compatable.
