This is actually a unsuccessful
BAT. I was making it for myself to complete my Downtown Manhattan.Cause I'm not so good in all that texturing and stuff like that. And people are not always very happy with my work.
So I was not thinking to upload it to the STEX. But people who made a Downtown Manhattan are mayby very happy with this.
Like I sad, the BAT is not very good. Some textures are very weird.
But whatever... =]
Ow and there are no nightlights. Sorry. =[
