Place it in the My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins folder. Also, you'll need the "buildings and props" download from the official SimCity site (goes in the same folder).

I think it's great, but the space it takes is only justified to some of us if it generated jobs.

uummm....not terribly impressed, sorry. Didn't bother d/l it, because the BATter seemed to have just taken a lot of vanilla Maxis CS$ buildings, and put them altogether. Doesnt at all look like a real homogenous mall that I have ever seen.

Ummmm, this was uploaded in 03. The BAT hadn't even been made then. And that is all it is, just a bunch of Maxis malls thrown together.
